FYNIT.NET is a UK Business Directory and Online Shopping Mall in association with Netdaze. To submit your business details for FREE with Fynit, you need to provide us with some basic business information. This will only be business details and not any personal details.

We will only use this information to administer the services provided by Fynit, Netdaze and associates and submit the relevant business information you provided to fynit.net the UK Business Directory and Online Shopping Mall or our other relevant Business Directories for FREE. We will never pass your business details to other third parties without your consent.

When you register as a user and submit your business details, we will collect the information in accordance to the 'UK Data Protection Act 1998' and the 'Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002' and at present we are only collecting non-personal information. The information collected is necessary to provide you with our services and will only include information such as your organisation name, business email addresses, contact details and categories. However once you are registered, you will be provided with an Customer ID Access Password so that you can revisit your profile at any time to amend these details or to provide additional details.

If you submit your business details to our FREE Business Directories and Online Shopping Malls we may from time to time send you commercial and latest news updates, or details of related products and services that we consider relevant to your business. However in accordance with the 'Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, Article 13 parts 1-5' we will not send bulk or junk email and we do not send unsolicited bulk commercial emails (SPAM) from other third parties without your consent.

As Netdaze and its associates own, designed and created www.fynit.net we may transfer your details only if necessary and for the purposes described above to these different affiliates, but never to other third parties without your consent.

You have the right at any time to correct any inaccuracies of your business details for free via your Customer ID Access Password provided to you once you have submitted successfully.
