Using Key Shortcuts
By selecting Alt with the specific key then clicking on the Enter key you will be able to navigate throughout the site.

If you Show the Keyboard Shortcuts Panel on the page, and you want to scroll down the page, select Alt & o.
You will have selected an item on the page and be able to press the up/down arrows to scroll the page.
